There are moments that announce themselves quietly – and then are suddenly bigger than you would have expected.

That’s exactly how it was when I came across Fstoppers was awarded several times. A platform that is one of the best-known international contact points for photography, technology and creative inspiration.

What followed were three special recognitions:

  • Featured on Instagram by Fstoppers

For me, this is more than just a badge under a picture. It is a sign that my work is also recognized beyond Germany.

Photo of the Day – A picture in global focus

“Photo of the Day” means that one image is selected from countless uploads worldwide and highlighted.

When I saw the notification, I honestly had to look twice.

Becoming visible among photographers from all over the world – that is pure motivation. It shows me that patience, attention to detail and the will to keep looking for new perspectives pay off.

Editor’s Pick – Quality that stands out

The “Editor’s Pick” award goes one step further. Here, the editors themselves decide which works stand out.

This means not only technical precision, but above all: visual language. Mood. Effect.

And that is exactly what I want to achieve with my photography – not just to show something, but to make you feel something.

Featured on Instagram – reach meets passion

My picture was also featured on the official Instagram channel of Fstoppers.

Being part of a community with hundreds of thousands of photography enthusiasts is incredibly valuable. It connects – across countries, genres and styles.

What these awards mean to me

This shows me one thing very clearly:

Passion knows no bounds.

I take photos because I want to capture moments that would otherwise disappear. When these moments are now seen and awarded worldwide, it’s a huge honor.

At the same time, it is an incentive to go further. To try out new things. To become even more precise. To be even braver.

Thanks to the community, to everyone who supports my work – and to Fstoppers for this recognition.
