2nd place at the Fürth photography competition

20 Years of Solarberg Sometimes it’s exactly the places that were once viewed with skepticism that, years later, turn out to be real success stories. The Solarberg in Fürth is one such place. And that’s exactly where I got to experience a very special moment: at the “20 Years of Solarberg” photography competition, I won 2nd place. A competition with meaning To mark the 20th anniversary of Solarberg, the City of Fürth announced a photography competition. The aim was to capture the project’s development, impact, and uniqueness in photographs. Among many strong submissions, my photo was selected by the jury—something that made me especially happy. Not only because of the placing, but because it shows how powerful photography can be: it doesn’t just document—it tells stories.
